Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products.
Because Lip Vitamins is a personal care item, we do not accept returns on opened or used tubes for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dermaforge.co with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee per customer. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit.
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
