SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from Texas.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

• Please check with neighbors or your local post office
• Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes update early)
• Contact the carrier directly

If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@dermaforge.co and we will assist where possible.

We reserve the right to deny claims for lost or stolen packages where proof of delivery is provided.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Order Modifications

We cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or addresses at our discretion.
